I want to share an honest stay about my trip.
The hotel has serious problems with organisation.
You will not get a reply from them by mail and they cannot help you on the phone.
I had a room booked with one large bed specifically, which I paid for.
At reception we were told - - Oh, sorry, we don't have rooms, only 2 single beds.
- But I'm with my wife and I have a room booked!
- We can't help you.
The same situation happened to my colleague and a few other people. If you are travelling with someone - consider that your requests will not be fulfilled, even those you have paid for.
Other colleagues phoned me in the evening, saying - and we were not found in the system at all! So you can have a situation where you have booked a room and you just don't get checked in, and you have to deal with it for an hour. An hour of your time.
This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3. This is not my opinion alone, but the opinion of a group of 20 people who had the same problems.
Just take this into consideration when booking.
