This hotel was great. Had a shuttle to both Disney parks and had a great breakfast buffet with so many options. The staff were friendly and was really welcoming, the rooms were very nice and spacious. I will come stay here again the next time we visit Japan.

Spacious room. Shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea conveniently located at the hotel lobby. My children were very pleased with the breakfast buffet and the secret card hidden in the room that allows them to exchange for gifts.

Service was great. All the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was more driven towards Japanese food as expected. There was some American type food but the eggs was more watery alright they tasted good. Bedding and room was clean with the bed more on the firmer side. Size of the room was good not small as it accommodated all 4 of us without feeling cramped. Transportation right across of the hotel which will take you to shin-uruyasu station where you can take the train to Tokyo station in about 20-30 mins. (Trains and buses are definitely on time and you can set your watch to it without problem). Free to and from Disney shuttle and transportation to and from the airport (pick up and drop off is at the Hyatt hotel which is next door). Last but definitely not least there is a Lawson on the premise that is open 24 hours with food that is fresh and inexpensive; my husband and son went there everyday at different times of the day (10/10). Definitely recommend not just for the price but for the peace and quiet including the staff helpful nature, and Lawson.

This place was a great location to end our trip to Japan. They had a free shuttle to the airport and to Tokyo Disney, which made it very convenient if you were going to Tokyo Disney. The place was over the top, and it was terrific. However, the biggest downside of this location was not the tourism that comes there, but the three elevators they had were the most significant daily bottleneck. Getting up and down was nearly impossible, and there were always enormous lineups for breakfast, but my experience was terrific, and I would go there and stay there as bad as other hotels are

It’s a really nice hotel; clean, close to Disney with free shuttle busses to the parks every 20 mins the first few hours, then 30 mins, then hourly for the rest of the day!! The breakfast buffet is over price for what they offer but, is an option. There’s no pool so that was an overlooked in my part. Our ac in the room 801 did not go lower than 16 degrees c. It was so humid! We had window cracked open, air purifier running. It was atrocious. I was quite shocked to find out that for such a busy and big hotel; the front desk staff does not speak even a little English! (I understand we were in Japan) but it’s a hotel literally close so close to Disney people travel from everywhere to go to the parks. There were many moments of just walking away bc even with the translator we weren’t understanding each other, but they were apologetic; kind and extremely respectful! The rooms could had been cleaner. There was a pop socket on the floor one of my kids had dropped for a few days! But they were “cleaning”
