6/10 Good

Totally fine. On a major highway but not terribly noisy. Could have used a few more amenities like tissue box and definitely still smelled like a smoking room.
Jordan, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Disappointed

Unbelievable, desk clerk said no rooms . We left , in valley springs you sent a access code. What was i suppose to do . I will not pay for services i did NOT receive.

Surprisingly awesome rooms, especially for the price. I’ve stayed here 2 different times. New floors, nice couch in all rooms, desk, microwave and mini fridge. Good and affordable room for quick work trips. Nice staff also

It was good

10/10 Exceptional

We were visiting family in the are and stayed one night 7/15/23. The host was very friendly, and the room was very nice. Looks as if the rooms had been recently renovated. I've stayed at name brand hotels that were not as nice. Definitely would stay there again.

Stay at Sierra inn

We were able to check-in at 11:30pm and the hotel staff was friendly and available at that time. Rooms were clean except there was some dust on the floor. Swan made of towels were the highlight for the family
Sreekanth, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly staff hope my car is safe
JANA, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Might be better to spend a little more elsewhere

Room was clean in most places. Towels were awful and they only gave 2 and one hand towel. The bed was not comfortable. The shower temperature fluctuates. The people above us were stomping all day and night. Also, there were 2 cockroaches in the room.

10/10 Exceptional

It’s not the greatest neighborhood but the staff definitely went above and beyond for my visit. The power was out all over the region but they checked me in flawlessly. When the power came back on, I was greeted with a lovely room.
John B, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel had been updated except the stained chair in the room. It did not have a hair dyer available which I believe the description states. The parking lot is small and does not easily accommodate our truck for parking and there is no easy street parking when the lot got full. Other than that the stay was fine

10/10 Exceptional

I booked 4 rooms for my family for 2 nights. I was getting married in Valley Springs and we needed a place to sleep. There are not many options in the area, so we didn't expect much. This property exceeded our expectations! They made obvious effort to make the guests comfortable and they seemed to be in the middle of upgrading rooms. I loved the free toothbrushes and mini toothpastes. Some rooms have dispensers in the bathroom. They also made cute animals out of the towels. I would recommend this hotel since the owners seem to care about theor business and are trying to improve it.
Alicia, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The property itself was better than expected with new renovations. HOWEVER, the DOOR LOCKS ARE NOT SECURE. The manager walked into my room after dark (he said "by mistake") after a brief knock. He did not acknowledge my response and let himself in with the master key when the door locks were engaged. I did not feel safe at this location and left immediately.
Connie, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Uncomfortable

I actually never stayed but left before the attendant was available. No one was there when I arrived at check in 3:30pm I didn't feel safe or comfortable with the environment or the fact that there was no attendant present at the hotel. They did refund my money which was kind of them but the safety factor was a red flag for me.
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Booked a non smoking room, but the room did have a faint smell of smoke when we got in. Also smelled cannabis smoke when we came back later, so that must have wafted from a connecting room. There was a full size tub in the bathroom, but no tub faucet or drain stopper, so I was unable to bathe my 1 year old daughter like I normally do. Instead I had to have the shower blasting her and she kept slipping and sliding. The couch did have a pull out bed so that was convenient for her. The property manager was nice and accommodating when we had trouble with our outlets at night, since I require a plug for my cpap machine. We stayed 2 nights but our room wasn't made up and our towels weren't changed anytime during the stay. You get what you pay for.
Carlos, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Unexpected

This wasn't what I expected. The pics are all very nice and displayed the layout of my room, however, they didn't, at all, represent the condition of the room. Although my bed was clean, there were live roaches, dead roaches; smashed on the ceiling & walls, and dead insects all over the floor. My door (room 203) could not be opened from the inside after closing. A friendly neighbor informed me that I had to open the window and place my key card in front of the sensor and turn the handle from outside. This has to be a fire hazard. Needless to say, it wasn't a new problem and the very friendly gentleman who checked me in, knew of it when I asked for a different room; which was not available. I slept, poorly, with the lights on all night (in the hope of keeping the roaches at bay) and won't be returning.

4/10 Fair

Well…the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down with mold. There were Funyuns under the bed and super noisy neighbors until late.
Sabrina, 1-night trip

Outdated service and building needs up dating too!
PAUL, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice clean and safe
Bob, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Check-in was easy. The room, however, was upsetting but considering the low price and our last minute travel plans, we dealt with it. They did allow for my service dogs to stay so that's a plus. The room was full of flies, the bathroom ceiling had mold and a gaping hole, there was toilet paper all over the bathroom floor, the room smelled of cigarette (we asked for non-smoking), the smoke alarm was ripped out, there was dirty clothing and trash in the drawers, and the bed sheets had trash on them. We aren't big on complaining and had limited options so we stayed. I wouldn't suggest having kids stay here. It is next to a cute historic street for San Andreas and also some food options. Convenience stores nearby as well.
