You’re paying for the location
The location is excellent and makes it so easy to get wherever you want in Grand Canyon NP. The room is extremely dated, the bathroom is small, and the beds are okay.

Good location
This hotel was fine for our 2 day stay in a good location. Sound between 1st and 2nd was a bit loud. It’s a good location in park.

Would stay again!
Very friendly staff (though we didn’t need anything after check in) and wonderful location with quick access to everything we needed - food and rim views! Would stay there again. The room was very clean and beds were comfy.

6/10 Good

Fine for a National park
Older lodge feel but in the middle of beautiful nature. Positives: updated bedding, great location. Negatives: older bathrooms, unforgettable food. All lodging in and around the park is similar. Remember you are there for the breathing Canyon.

We are having a great time! Minutes from all the overlooks, trails and viewpoints! The lodge is great with a grocery store, cafe and restaurant with a tavern! Our dog lived too.
