Pros: close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Cons: Water was very slow to drain in the shower. We never felt clean. The bedding was gross. The fitted sheets were old and beaded. The whole room could have used a deep cleaning. Many of the surfaces were dirty/ dusty.

Excellent value for a no frills stay. There is a railroad track behind the hotel if you are a light sleeper. Trains only came through during the day during my visit so it was no problem. The only other drawback was my room had a lot of extra space yet the bathroom was very narrow. Better use of the overall space would have provided a more spacious bathroom with plenty of room space also.

Overall I had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The only issue I had was noisy neighbors after midnight. The front desk handled the situation and I really appreciate that. I will be back.

The room temperature was at 50 degrees when we walked in. It took at least an hour to warm up. The bathroom was extremely small. The coffee pot and hair dryers didn't work. The staff was friendly. The hotel served it's purpose on a cold winters night

The stairs were very dirty, pool was not working and drained. A lot of traffic coming in and out all night. People standing outside of the rooms . Very uncomfortable, never stay there again. Bed was horrible.

The staff was very nice. It was an older building. It seemed to be quiet. There were two adjoining doors in my room leading to the rooms on both sides of me. The sink had a crack through it. Since I was in an upstairs room, I had to walk up stairs that were obscured. There were restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a convenient location to the activities we had planned.
