Rooms were not ready upon check-in. Wait time was over an hour. We encountered similar delays apparent with a lobby full of other guests. With confirmations, you should know in advance how many reserved rooms will need turnaround the day before. Management is not proactive. Additionally, this Holiday Inn Express appears to be running on a minimalistic budget. First, insufficient staff to conduct the turnaround. Inoperative ice machine. No vending machines in place anywhere indicated. Lobby kiosk grossly understocked; prices not marked. Room mattress uncomfortable and bed too high. No safety mat in shower; slippery.

The room conditions and the hotel in general are in great condition. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It is not a luxury hotel however if you want a safe and clean place to stay in, this is a great choice.

Holiday Inn Express No More

I used to be a Holiday Inn Rewards customer. Now retired, I don't stay at hotels that often, but I think I will now avoid the chain. Last week I ordered a handicap room but got a standard room which was totally unacceptable. This week I got a handicap room, but the window shade was stuck all the way down, and the desk lamp didn't work. This was the same Holiday Inn Express property, so maybe it's just this site. But there are other hotels chains that I've stayed at that are better.

Great front desk woman - evening/night shift!

Everything was good. The front desk woman who worked the evening/night shift during the week was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay the best. There is a loud side (road noise) and a quiet side. With a four-day stay, we switched to a room on the quiet side after the first night.
