Poor service
Paid for 4 days in a suit not once did they replenish condiments in room, ie coffee water which is supposedly to be done Dailey I had to ring to request it to be done and they only came once also it says there’s lots of English channels but we only had 3 news channels I rang reception to request a technician to come they said they would and I’m leaving today and there still hasn’t been anyone to come and fix this.
We went half board for a 5 star hotel it was a nightmare all food stations were in a line and you had to Que therefor if you got something from one station by the time you Qued for the next one your food was freezing by the time got to sit down also waiting for someone to finally come over to take a drinks order such poor service I would definitely not recommend this hotel due to the service
