Disappointed

It was terrible, room had bugs and webs on bed. Bathroom had hair and dirt all around it. Holes and marks all over the room. Nothing worked and the floors were disgusting.

Never again

The lamp had no switch, stink bugs were in the bed there was no clock, the toilet dispenser was falling off the wall. This by far was the worst Baymount I have ever stayed in. And the last one I will ever stay at!!!! I had other family staying there and their bead was broken, had no tub stopper and a broken refrigerator. So it was not just us who had this experience

OH HELL NO

MOST DISGUSTING, MISLED, DECEITFUL, NASTY place I’ve ever stayed. Manager found it highly inconvenient that her employee needed her assistance bc our room keys wouldn’t work due to the lock mechanism being broken so we had to get another room. THE PHOTOS ONLINE ARE LIES AND VERY MISLEADING. Must be from when it was new bc I swear this is a “rent by the hour” type of motel. They charged me $270 total for 2 nights we didn’t even stay in. Walked into the room and say, “heck noooo” and got the heck out of there quickly. I should get a refund!!!!

Several broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Furniture and appliances from the rooms were outside in walkway areas and under stairwells, i assume these items were to be discarded. Pool was half full and dark green with algae, looked like a swamp, just drain it already! Breakfast was fine, refrigerator that had milk in it was filthy and cream cheese was left out although it requires refrigeration so i didn't eat it as it was warm.

Disgusting

Terrible! Without a doubt, this was the worst place I've ever been in my entire life. This isn't a hotel, it's a garbage dump! I'm used to using the Baymont chain elsewhere, and I can't believe Wyndham allows the use of its brand in this place! Of the 15 rooms I booked, every one was filthy! Some even had vomit on the curtains, and the smell was everywhere. I swear, at times I thought it was one of those infamous TV pranks. It wasn't the purest disappointment of users who were just looking for clean rooms, good showers, and comfortable beds and found a pile of trash! Definitely stay away from this place; it's not worth a penny, even if you're looking for a place for your dog to go to the bathroom! Stay away from this place!

The property is OLD and needs a refurbishing. The bed was decent but the carpet was really worn and nasty. Havent sèn a showerhead that old in a hotel for about 20 years. I must say though that the young lady at checkin was very nice.

Carpet looks 40 years old and stained. Door frame to room cracked and there is an air gap in the door. Bed is ok but pillows way too soft. The room needs a serious full renovation and the A/c is very very noisy

Not great quality for the price

There were some cleanliness issues to say the least. The first room they rried to give us had what looked like an exploded soda all over the freezer space of the mini fridge. We pointed that out right away and they switched our room. The next room we accepted because it was downpouring rain and we didnt want to keep room hunting. The room had several cigarette burns and dusty webs on the lights. When we opened the cabinets under the sink there was some trash on the cabinet floors and 2 discarded coffee makers. It looked like someone had tossed them under there and the area was not very clean. I will say that the staff was very friendly. We did not stay the second night that we had booked due to the event we came to town for was cancelled. We did not try the continental breakfast. Not that we would have swam due to weather, but when we arrived we were informed that the pool is closed due to a crack and has no forseen fix date. I feel this should have been in the booking information.
