Worst Hotel Ever
The website claims that there is an all day restaurant and evening bar at the property. This is false. There is a Bistro open from 7:30-10:30 only, and its buffet only. There are some lovely tables along floor to ceiling windows looking out into the city, but those are reserved for the public. Guests are crammed into tight rows of tables at the back, behind the server station.
There were not any amenities in the room, no kettle, no glasses, no toiletries, no instant coffee or tea. NOT EVEN AN IRON. You had to go down to the front desk with your clothes, and you were escorted into a closet behind the desk with an iron and ironing board. AND you had to wait until the desk clerk was free to escort you.
You could not control your own room temperature, no matter what buttons you pushed on the thermostat. Instead, you had to go down to the front desk to get it adjusted.
The website advertises updated rooms, but these are only on ONE FLOOR out of SIX. My room was decorated with random leftover furniture from the 1980s.
The final straw was when I tried to take a shower, and I couldn't get anything but lukewarm water.
Although listed as 4 Star, it is only 1 Star at best. This hotel should be either downgraded to 1 star or removed from Hotels.com until the management addresses these issue.
