Basic hotel; does the basic job of a place to slee
Basic hotel with little in the way of amenities in the room. Water is not free although there is a little store in the lobby that had high prices but good selection. Room design is odd, not modern, and is just overall lacking comfort. On site dining is ludicrously overpriced: tiny portions of mediocre food and coffee at luxury prices. Just order food from an app if you stay here; there is a convenient designated table where delivery drivers drop off your food. Parking is expensive. Front desk staff is not unfriendly per se but also not very attentive or helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting NYC. The location was perfect as it was located right next to the Path train into the city. The room was perfect for our family of 5 and it was very clean. The facilities were well maintained and lovely. My only complaint was the lack of guest parking. I had to pay an additional $130 to park my vehicle once I arrived. It would be nice if we have to use the neighbouring parking garage if there was a discounted rate for validating that you stayed at the hotel.
