"Overall, our stay at ANA was a delight. Breakfast options were plentiful and upscale (especially the Japanese offering) and service was always friendly and top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have a small section of the pool reserved for adults-only, as I felt the property was more so geared towards children (all three pools) and less towards adults/couples looking to relax. "２泊の予定でしたが、台風の影響で波が高くフェリーが欠航になり、1泊になってしまいました。次の日早くに島に渡りましたが、ホテルの送迎も有りましたし、チェックインまで荷物を預けて　電動のレンタサイクルを借りてシュガーロードや西大岳等サイクリングしました。でも、地図をうまく活用できず、携帯の地図で回りました。チェックインも２時間ほど早めてもらえました。綺麗な海でのシュノーケリングを楽しみにしてたのに、入ることができなかったのが残念でした。カートを借りましたが、ガソリン臭く、音も大きかったです。他の人の乗っているのは電気だったのか静かなのも有りました。敷地が広く、カートでの移動はアクティビティのように楽しかったです。大浴場も露天風呂が有り、アメニティも充実していました。ショップには水着やお土産も沢山有りました。フロント横にはオプショナルツアーのデスクもあって　いろいろ相談にのってもらえます。ビーチにもアクティビティの受け付けが有って、シュノーケル等のレンタルもできるようです。"

"Incredible destination. Everything is so beautiful in the resort and well tought of. We loved the design, the view, the staff, the pools, the batida restaurant and its chef Francois is also really nice and delicious. The breakfast is so worth it, and we loved the happy hours durings weekdays. The spas and saunas were also a big add on (for free) and we were happy the resort accepts tattoos as there are many that don’t. "I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Iriomote. There's lots of space on the property, including a massive bathroom and a huge terrace, with a sea view where you can see the stars at night. There's also lots of wildlife that can be easily seen from many areas on the property, for example frogs and coconut crabs. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Great stay and good value for money! Love the ambience of the property, warm host and cute cats. There is a beach and the angel pier in the nearby resort - it's good that the property can leverage on that too. Our room is comfortable, with microwave oven and quite a big fridge. Very close to the city centre by car. Do check out the pineapple store nearby (by car). Will want to be here again next time!"

"So creative, super kind in totally good way crazy imaginative cute personality owner who speaks impeccable English. He designed and made the such nice Henzel and Gretel like "college" himself. Inside has awesome taste, spankingclean. Everything we need in Yakushima. Massaging machine, shoe dryer, and what more "Shiseido" high end shampoo and body wash!laundry hut and food delivery, vending machine hut are so cute, too. Wanna go back and spend more time there."
