"Super stay at a lovely, quaint hotel just off Duval, so close to everything - centrally located. Lovely pool and gardens, very friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts every morning where we got to know Annette - a highlight of each day! Wine room, daily jazz 5-7pm. What’s not to like? We will definitely return!"

"The location is pretty good, it's about a mile and a little bit more to Mallory square, but there are many things to see along the way. It has a nice Key West vibe to it, especially having the breakfast outside in the morning. And coffee is available 24 hours which we like"

"Great place to stay overlooking the water with nice pool. Staff is great. Location is great, close to everything but not in the middle of the craziness of Duvall Street. Room was good. General property could use some sprucing up but doesn’t take away from the overall pluses of the place."

"We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was close to the warf and a short walk to Mallory Square. Sammie was worth his weight in gold for the property. He was very helpful & accommodating with a great personality. This guy does it all. Breakfasts were good. The only negative I could possibly say was that there was speratic issues with water pressure. Other than that - it was excellent & we would return again."

"Nice little place in a great spot. We go down to K.W. all the time and stay all around. Hotel is in a great area with so much within walking distance. There is a convenience store that serves food right down the street and a scooter rental place next door to that. Beach and the pier is right around the corner. Perfect!!"
