"It's a very elegant building. The outside still has some construction going on but nothing noisy. The entire building is top quality from the hallways to the free laundry to the gymnasium to the room and the bathroom and the kitchen. Brand new with brand new designer furniture. AC works perfectly. Very very Central we walked the plaza de espana. We got lucky and found free parking on the weekends right in front of the building. The next block is the largest mall in Seville. "Clean and comfortable rooms, designed like classical Andalusian houses, location is perfect, close to Alcazar palace and the view of the rooms and the rooftop is really nice. At the lobby you can find fruits, pastries and cereals as well as coffee,tea and milk, so it’s really practical for a breakfast or a snack. Staff is really nice and helpful, recommended for your trip in Seville."
