"The hotels was conveniently located within walking distance to all the major attractions. Also about a block away were a lot of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was nice with a view of San Cristobal. I would recommend the hotel. "

"This is my second time at this hotel, which couldn't be better located -- across from two museums and near the nightlife and restaurants of the Barrio Lastarria. But on a quiet side street. Plus, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is generous and the rooms well designed."

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Very well located property. Close walk to subway and in the middle of all Bella Vista. Vibrant area Room was great. Steps away from bars restaurants. Didn’t do the breakfast as too many cafes in area. It is a noisy area. All of Bella Vista. So be prepared. I would definitely stay here again. "
