"This hotel gave me a home in Boston . It is beautiful, very clean, excellent service and excellent food. The staff were all very helpful , thoughtful and kind. I am 70 years old and I had to travel alone. The general manager Agnes set the example and I saw her greet people inside and outside the hotel.
