"Close to metro stations and shopping malls all in walking distance. Traveling with a child and we appreciated the two large sized beds. Hotel was large and did not feel crowded. Podium gym, pool and roof garden were unique with great views."

"Amazing place! Friendly staff and great location."

"Convenient to public transport and generally quiet on the weekends"

"My stay was fantastic! The front desk was friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Having the self-service laundry was a huge plus. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the subway. The bed was incredibly comfortable. "

"Everything is great. Good service. Breakfast was so good."

"Hotel services and amenities were great. Location is also pretty good too."

"There are little shops in the neighborhood because it’s close to Tianmian Village. The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. But it’s not super close to a subway station. And there is no regulations on laundry use, some people will just leave their clothes in washer or dryer without taking out on time. "

"Large rooms & well equipped with fantastic views. Rooms could do with a refresh but comfortable. "

"It was too complicate to confirm the hotel location when I used taxi. The reception desk employee always asked me which room I checked in whenever I talked with my husband walked cross the lobby. The wall was so thin that I was stressed out by the noise in the next room."

"The hotel is away from the hustling bustling shopping area, but within 10 minutes walk through a residential area to Huagiang North, which could be nice for people who likes quieter area. Hotel is very modern and clean. Staffs are courteous . I stayed in a standard room, which was very spacious and comfortable. "

"It is convenient to go to various areas of Shenzhen. The hotel is old, but well maintained and very clean."

"Great location. About 300m from huaqiangbei and located at the main mrt line that allows u to easily travel to main attractions. "

"The hotel was clean and all the amenities included were there. The location is very convenient, close to Line 11 Fuxing metro station. It is very noisy outside , but it did not disturbed my sleep. I will stay there again. "

"The service attitude is very"

"Room was dirty and broken down. One of the mattress was basically just a box spring. Washroom was moldy and gross. Don’t believe the fake reviews, this place was terrible. We tried to check out after the first night but they wouldn’t cancel or refund. So we decided to just leave our luggage there and stay at a 24 hour spa and then we just left Shenzhen a day earlier than we planned. Super disappointing."

"预订服务不满意！在网上预订的是大床房，因为到店时间原因联系前台变更联系人电话，前台先说不知道好订网，好不容易查到了预订信息，变更了联系人电话，到店后又说没有接到电话要求变更联系人，又说没有大床房，还说网站上大床房预定早已关闭。这次入住体验非常差！"
