We were with a group and each unit was very different with some better than others, but all had the essentials that we needed. Very clean, never heard a peep from other guests from our room in the 5 nights we stayed, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of choices for breakfast. They advertise a free snacky buffet each night but it turned out to be a full-on dinner with 3 free drinks every night and free popcorn! We loved the hot hot tub and pool on the roof. "The Mayfair was perfect for what we wanted. It is basically a very nice apartment set up. No extra frills like a bar, conceirge, etc. We didn't need or want it, but the amount of space vs a hotel room was what we wanted and appreciated. Location was great too. Close to the French quarter, but not in it. Right on canal and all the trolleys."
