"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. "Perfecto 👍👍👍 A friendly welcome plus a call prior to my arrival to make sure that everything was in check. Just a short walk from Adelshof station with good links to and from the Airport. Just a shame that I wasn't staying for longer."

"I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."
