"Lovely quiet area with public transport very close by, self check in a bit confusing especially if you arrive later at night when you have traveled all day long but if you take your time it's ok. "Ich hatte ein Raucherzimmer...zumindest das einzige Zimmer ohne Nichtrauchersymbol an der Tür und so roch es auch... Die Matratze war eine einzige Katastrophe - es lage eine dünne Matratze auf dem Doppelbett und man kam sich vor, wie im Treibsand. Habe die dünne Matratze dann mitten in der Nacht runtergezerrt und da war dann ein riesen Fleck auf der Boxspringmatratze...super. Die Nacht hab ich jedenfalls so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. Nie wieder!"

"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."
