"The location is just perfect, right on a pedestrian street near a bazillion sidewalk restaurants and cafes, also just a short walk to the castle and the huge park and walkable to both Metro stops and a 10-min walk to the Malpensa Express. The host was terrific! We had an issue with a different hotel and he was able to accommodate us and got in a room w/in a half hour. Really, really amazing"

"They used an old metal key for the room door lock. You have to leave the key with the front desk anytime you leave. You get your key when you come back. Room was super small, but clean with a comfortable bed and pillow. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"Great 2 bedroom (plus queen pull-out in the living room) allowed everyone to have their own room. There was an unused twin bed as well. The location was convenient to walk from the castle to the duomo but also very close to the metro. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Milan. Only downside was hotels.com advertised a washer but the apartment didn't have one."
