"Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. We walked into the centre which took about 30 minutes. Good breakfast well presented but from a British point of view , only one type of milk. (No semi or skimmed). Minor niggle. Also used Metro which was very close to the hotel and easy to use. All in all a very pleasant stay in Milan."

"We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this charming apartment. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Milan on foot, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor issues were a loose kitchen tap and a couple of sharp chips in the floorboards. We mentioned both to the host, who was extremely responsive and said they would arrange for the tap to be fixed. We don't think they were aware of the floorboards either, so...

"Location was excellent, walking distance to the fashion district, Duomo, and the train station. Room was nice, but it was confusing to get the keys and we had to walk to a different location and they weren't there when we arrived after 3 pm. There were also a few mosquitos in our room every night. "
