"Nice staff, good breakfast, great price! If the smoking is totally prohibited, I will give 5 star review. Will come back again."

"Clean and spacious room for a family of 3; polite staff; nice breakfast with a variety of food; a bit far from the metro station but manageable distance; would be great if some staff can be stationed at the reception desk on night shift so that guests checking in and out during midnight can be served without waking up the staff who were asleep "

"This hotel was great and clean. The area is also safe. Definitely would stay again "

"Great place in a great area "

"Check in was easy, location is not exactly near Metro station but it is relatively prominent landmark to hire Diidi transport"

"check un lent (il est 23 h et on nous a dit que notre visa était expiré, alors que c’est faux...anglais nul donc difficile d’expliquer que non le visa n’est pas expiré...). Bref, le seul point positif est le petit dej. Sinon les chambres sentent beaucoup la cigarette aussi. "

"The location is good as its near a "mall" which has many good eating options and amenities. Hotel provides pickup from nearby train station which is very helpful since its our first time to Hangzhou. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly."
