"My partner stayed for two nights and the accommodations were, clean, comfortable, safe and very convenient to the University of Puebla. It would be nice to be able to pay in advance instead of the property and it would also be helpful to have a 24 hour front desk. The security is very good and was helpful to check in. Would recommend. This property is not in the tourist district. "

"The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. The part he enjoyed was that they flavored it with cinnamon sticks. The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is well...

"Great hotel with lovely swimming pool and views. Spa is excellent and the massage treatment very good. Breakfast had good options and the location was perfect for exploring Puebla. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and service oriented. I would love to stay here again. "

"The room was gorgeous. Definitely not a conventional hotel but that’s what makes it such a great find. I loved the little sitting area off the main bedroom. The details in the room and bathroom and even in the shared spaces were excellent. The cleaning staff were so kind and attentive. Even the host was very communicative and super helpful. Location is great. We walked to the Centro and saw so much of Puebla along the way. "

"This apartment-hotel is conveniently situated within a few blocks of Centro, but in a quiet area. It provides access to an abundance of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The 17 apt-complex has attractive decor and is modern in design - great for digital nomads! It is manned onsite 12/7. The management & staff are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again when in the area."
