"Excellent service (Harun specifically), extremely clean. The room was as described, the swimming pool was amazing. I would recommend staying here especially if you are spending time in and around this location (212 Outlet/ Mall of Istanbul) however if you want to go to the old town (Sultan Ahmet/ Hagia Sofia) then its a 8-10 minute walk to Mahmutbey metro and 45-50mins metro journey. The majority of amenities are available around Mahmutbey metro station. I would definitely book again."

Housekeeping staff are very hospitable and helpful, but front desk staff, not so much. Also located relatively far from public transport (though knew this before booking) and not too far from the airport."
