During our stay, we went through an unexpected medical emergency, and the way the staff cared for us was extraordinary. They were compassionate, attentive, and went above and beyond in a way we will never forget. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a great atmosphere with such genuine hospitality. "When booked, breakfast was included in description however, not include included on arrival. The grounds need a lot of upkeep to maintain what was once a beautiful property. The restaurants were mostly closed. The spa was closed. The pool was open, but not clean and the bar was closed.There are no amenities in the surrounding area for food or entertainment. The room was nice and clean and comfortable, however very noisy with Neighbours."
