"Everything beautiful especially situated in a very nice Parisian neighbourhood. Just a walk down to the shops!! Only one small downside, the lift only fits one person with two bags. So plan early when you are leaving the hotel to the airport. If not you are in for a bit of a wait. Overall a very nice stay. Love the water and coffee machine at the bottom near the reception. And security is good. Tap in to enter after 8.30pm. Thanks Hotel Helussi!"

"We had a wonderful stay! We are a family of three and the triple room had plenty of space, a big bathtub perfect for our little one and very comfy beds. The decor is adorable and well thought out. Breakfast was very good and the staff were so friendly. Conveniently located to both Gare du Nore and Gare de Est for trains and metro and area was quiet with lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend!!"

"A great location for the Gare du Nord which is around 5 minutes walk away so a late arrival or an early depart makes this hotel ideal, small but clean rooms with a reasonable size and again clean bathroom, eateries close by so again ideal for a late Eurostar arrival."

"Just five minutes' walk from the Gare du Nord so it's great if you're arriving by Eurostar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was quite small (well, this is Paris) but clean and comfortable. Nice to have a bath. Breakfast was basic but had all you'd probably want."

"Stayed in the family room. Clean room with fresh bedding and towels each day. Enough cupboard space for the 3 night stay we did. But would be limited if doing longer. The fridge in the room was very useful. The room overall is looking tired and in need of a spruce up, however bed was clean and comfy and bathroom fully working. Great base for exploring the city."

"We booked this at very short notice on the night of the PSG championship final when prices were high. It was really good value and exactly what we needed. Great location 20 mins from Gare du nord, and a short walk into montmartre for brunch or Pigale for the metro. It was very hot weather and there was a fan and a Juliet balcony which was helpful. Bathroom small and modest but just what we needed. There is a lift and you can buy water at reception which was excellent. It felt very safe and...

"First time to Paris. The staff was excellent and helped with restaurant options. Basement for breakfast felt like we were getting a truly authentic Parisian start to the day, like we were in a medieval cavern; awesome. Rooms clean and the location was perfect since it's like a suburb but easy to get the metro. Great area, felt like a local. Would stay again no doubt!"

"Property is unresponsive. Place is hard to locate since they have a very small door. Corridors is too small and you only get the basic stuff. You would benefit more if you would pay extra to get a decent hotel instead "
