Didnt get to use the wellness and sauna d/t lack of time. Great service from the staff. There was a very helpful female staff at the resto during bfast on 10/20. I didnt get to get her name but she is young, petite and had a bit of an accent. Ty so much. It takes roughly close to 3 hes to get here from VCE airport. This town...

"Enjoyed this property, even with a 0.75 mile walk to get there from where the bus dropped us off, not a problem and it was near enough to restaurants, plus they serve dinner. Staff were very friendly, and they gave us Sud Triol bus passes that got us free rides in the area for 7 days, very nice!"

"Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights. Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"It was a great hotel, it is really beautiful and located in a priviledge zone. The nature over there is amazing. The best thing about the hotel is the service and kindness of their employees, the spa zone is very spacious and new, the restaurant is delicious, we loved all the food (dinner and breakfast) The room also was very modern and updated, the only thing i would improve is the amenities at the room that were unexisting, everything else was perfect :) "
