"Room was old and parts were not very clean. The AC did not work great. The woman at the front lied to us - said that because we changed rooms from a more expensive one to a cheaper one that they would give us free breakfast instead of refund, but breakfast is free regardless. The breakfast was good. Other staff was kind. The WiFi worked ok. We changed rooms and it was much cleaner and newer. Pretty good place. Very close to train station and lots of restaurants."

They let us check in early & held our bags until the rooms were ready. The location is right on a bus line so it was very easy to take a quick bus into metro Venice to see the sights & then return to a slower paced & spacious getaway. The dinner on the patio under cafe lights from an old airstream food truck surrounded by trees & vines was like a scene from a movie."

"I was solo traveling, flying into Venice and going to rent a rental car to go to the dolomites, but my flight got in late and the rental car place was closed, so I had to book a hotel room very last minute late at night. This hotel was very easy to find from the airport, only a 10 minute drive and I took a taxi which was €25. The room does have AC! The bed is not very comfortable but for $45, it worked out OK. There was a spider in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was very clean and the bathroom was very spacious. There was even a TV in the room, but I personally did not use it. I would definitely recommend for solo travelers as it felt very safe."
