"We arranged for a late check-in for our two rooms. We arrived around 2 a.m. Upon arrival we found in the lockbox two envelopes with one key-card in each envelope, but one envelope had a different name (each room of our reservation was under a different name). We went to sleep to be woken around 7am to an employee knocking. The hotel failed to leave us keys to both our rooms, but the employee did not realize until we went down and he looked on his computer. He was apologetic and offered us late...

"The person who checked us in was very friendly and let us check into our room early. The only downside is the very restricted check-in hours, from 2 pm to 7 pm. The tram that takes you directly to the center of Bordeaux is right across the street. The room was fine."
