"I loved my stay at the Mt. Vernon Inn. It's a unique, brightly decorated, reasonably priced hotel in a wonderfully convenient location in Baltimore. We stayed two nights and they were both lovely. Strong A/C was a blessing since it was up in the 90s both days and we were close to sweet neighborhood restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I absolutely LOVE the staircase. If my travels bring me back to Baltimore, I'm definitely coming back."

The location was close to everything we wanted to see; we had a rental car but it also seems there are plenty of public transportation options available nearby. We never had an issue finding parking leas than a block away from the house. We stayed in the purple room (note it is on the third floor upstairs) and it was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area. Thank you! "
