"The staff were incredibly nice and inviting, and made sure we knew to reach out if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. The room was clean and smelled nice. We were on the 16th floor with a city view that was amazing. Valet guys were friendly and quick. We will stay here again anytime we are in Dallas in the future. "

"Stayed here for th Bad Omens concert. Check-in was a breeze. The ladies at the desk were friendly and informative. They gave me plenty of places to go for dinner. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, the aquarium (across the street) and the American Airlines Center where the concert was held. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Did not hear any noise. I would definitely stay again. "
