"There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. There is no person from Charlie to assist you. Any questions or...

"Como é numa região próximo ao centro histórico a gente ver alguns usuário de drogas...pra sair andando não recomendo. Ou vai de app ou carro alugado. O hotel oferece, porta, 4 vagas de carro gratuito , por ordem de chegada. Caso não tenha vaga, prox ao hotem eles indicam um estacionamento com o custo de R$30 / diária. O café da manhã é razoável...tem os principais itens como frutas, pães bolos e sucos... os funcionários são simpáticos e dão dicas do que comer ou passear próximo. O hotel fica...

"Hotel forced me to download their app before check in. with the app i got a password key to enter the hotel. nobody works in the hotel. its a building without workers. everything is done via the app and there is no parking. host did not inform me that I was obliged to download their app to check in. hotel sheets were cheap. i called the number and left a voice message. nobody called me back. stay away if you don't want to download the hotel app to enter the building."
