"This little hotel was about a mile away from my friend’s apartment so it was perfect for me. Nice little breakfast for about $6 US and very friendly and helpful staff. It’s proximity to Congonhas airport meant that getting an Uber was never an issue."

"Solid stay for business at nearby Sao Paulo Expo. Simple and basic amenities and very friendly staff. Property was secure and I felt safe. My only complaint would be that the room did not have air conditioning. It was not a big problem during my stay, but if the weather was much hotter, it might have been more of an issue."

"My husband didn't stay at the hotel, because his mom passed away 1 day before the reservation. He asked an exception to being refunded or get a credit for the reservation since August 9th, but nobody answered. He also sent the death certificate to the mom and nothing. Nobody from LFlats answered us by msg or phone and the Hotels.com didn't get any position from the hotel as well. We are so disappointed..."
