"Rooms were clean. When I was there o think there were only 2-3 people in the hotel. Small hotel 6 rooms total. Small kitchen and common room available. Air conditioning worked great. 7-11 two doors down. Not too many restaurants near by. With in walking distance to FujiKyu theme park."

"We chose the hotel as we wanted to visit the Fuji-q highland theme park. It’s a perfect location for this, right next door. Checkin was straight forward. Room was nice and clean, good shower and toiletries. Room had a view into the theme park. Ate breakfast and dinner in hotel, both were good. Lots of choice and reasonably priced. The breakfast room had an excellent view of Mt Fuji on clear days. The hotel also has a free bus outside to get to other locations. We used it to get to the lake and...

"I like you veything . I have lots of difficultés in comuniation and I arrive to the wrong place and no way to get I. Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. Other that well nanti e place👍"

"Mt Fuji smiled at us from our hotel window. We were walking distance to many shops, the big bus depot, and Fuji-Q, the amazing roller coaster paradise. Staff were kind."

"Modern, updated home with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. At night we could see the station lights at the top of the mountain. The 4 of us were very comfortable and appreciated having a full kitchen and a restroom on each level. We enjoyed our 3 day stay although we wished the house had better wifi upstairs (we couldn't use Google Translate to figure out the bath and stove controls), better AC upstairs, and a place to store clothes and hang towels. We would stay here again."

"新しいホテルで、きちんと清掃もされており、部屋は快適でした。深夜の到着でもスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応くださり、ありがたかったのですが、コインランドリーを使用しようとしたところ、全てに洗濯物が入っており、１つは使用中で、残りは洗濯終了しているが取りにこない。フロントに言っても、暗証番号でナンバーロックするようになっているので、本人でないと取り出せないといわれ、夜中2時に車で近隣のコインランドリーにいくはめになり、最悪の宿泊でした。スタッフの方は終始丁寧で、チェックアウトでも謝罪があったが、客のマナー頼みの設備は考えてもらいたいです。"
