The hotel is modern, rooms are big (my buddy and I have our own rooms), two air conditioners in each room (trust me... you'll need both!), views are great... what amazing are the three roof top pools with the view. A short 10 minutes Grab taxi to the Phuket Mall to shop and eat. "

Not the hotel's fault and we were ready to clean everything up ourselves. Unfortunately, when we went to the front desk to ask for supplies (paper towels, trash bags, cleaner, etc) to clean up the vomit, we were told no multiple times but the front desk clerk. "I had a very pleasant stay at this house which is conveniently located in the centre of Phuket. The room was nice, well maintained, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were attentive and professional, and the shower pressure was excellent. While the room could be a little noisy at times, it was manageable and did not detract from the overall comfort and quality of the stay."
