This bed and breakfast was wonderful with welcoming hosts. Very clean and comfortable room with ensuite. The local town was very friendly too.

Attentive and friendly staff, efficient check in and check out. Comfy toom with the Marriott bed linen, always a good sleep. Hotel in quite a good position in town with good entrance for drop off and pick up.

A converted vicarage. Set back from the road with ample parking. It is next to a motorway, however road noise was only evident when windows were open (so not something I think needs to be a concern). Restaurant (currently) closed, though there are tea/coffee facilities in room. Only one building has ramp access and (most) doors need two hands to operate (one for lock, one for handle). Overall economical, clean and easy to recommend as a place to stay.

Had a awsome time. Very relaxing. Could have stayed longer. Very peaceful and a great place to recharge. Just a shame you dont get a fridge. So dont take any deinka with you. But for me who has a leg and knees disability and need to have a ice pack each night that was a bit of a disappointment.

Didn't sample the breakfast so can't comment but we were greeted by very pleasant staff and our room was clean and pleasant - what more can I say ...

Lovely friendly staff, room spacious and clean. Great breakfast and all round fabulous stay.

We stayed with our 2 children for one night when my husband had a function in Sheffield. The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet. There wasn’t much in the local area so the children and I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. They serve the bar menu in there as well so there was plenty to choose from. The kids were very happy with their meals and mine was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was amazing, staff all were courteous and friendly. A perfect location to see Leeds.
