"Perfect for the getaway from Bristol Airport, we used day B4 bag drop and silver zone parking and everything when perfect"

"Small pub style hotel that offers you a warm welcome and excellent stay. Very close to Bristol airport. Breakfast from 8.30 so easy enough to catch a late morning flight. Plenty of room in the car park. Check in was easy and Anthony was very helpful and enthusiastic. Room was brilliant. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Restaurant food for evening dinner and breakfast was wonderful and lots of offers available. All staff were helpful and friendly. Service was good even though they...

"I have nothing but praise for the night stay, the food and the staff at the Rising Sun. I had a couple of issues, but they were dealt with swiftly, discreetly and professionally. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The food was excellent and the overall experience was great. I have to give a particular nod to the two bar/hotel staff who went above and beyond to make our stay worthy of another visit."

"Ideal if youre taking early morning flight from nearby Bristol Airport"

"Great stop off pre flight from Bristol Airport."

"The host was very friendly and gave us lots of ideas of what attractions to visit while in the city. There's a bus route nearby but we decided to drive into the city. The accommodations were very clean, quite, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The building was very beautiful and unique. I would highly recommend staying there. It was a comfortable stay at a great price."

"A very good place to stay for Bristol Airport. Clean and close. Breakfast was great."

"Stayed here with my daughter for one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the place runs like clockwork. Stunning views over Clifton Bridge from Patio Bar. A beautiful location outside the centre of town. Far and away the best place to stay in Bristol - will be back!"

"Unique property, historic and interesting. Well placed for access to Bristol. Friendly helpful host. Some sofa cushions and a foot stool would make the lounge area more cosy and a small lamp. But small touches. Would use again. "

"We have visited Sidcot before and would recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Welcoming and helpful staff. We will be back soon."

"All staff were friendly and helpful. Bar was pleasant and comfortable to enjoy a drink. We did not eat there but everyone there seemed to enjoy what they had. Perfect location for overnight stay for early flight. Room was comfortable and quiet. The only downside was the toilet cistern was difficult to operate. Would definitely stay there again. Good, free public parking behind the pub"

"Beautiful building in a lovely setting, within walking distance of the marina. The team are professional and so friendly. The young people on dinner service were polite and so amiable. Chris at breakfast was particularly wonderful, as was Jess who sent me my lost glasses. They went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Willow Ridge is a fabulous country house perfectly situated just outside Bristol. From here you can explore the whole area easily including Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge caves, Bath, Glastonbury and Weston-super-mare and more. The host cannot do enough for you and makes you feel at home right from the start. The room was clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard with terrific views across the countryside. I have to mention the vast welcome package informing guests of the wide area,...

"It's a lovely country pub with very nice, very clean en suite rooms. We'll definitely be returning! (The food was good too!)"

"Excellent hotel , had pet friendly room , room clean , bathroom good, couldn’t find fault , parking easy , excellent location for exploring area"

"Great BnB, perfectly located for the Mendips, Wells, Cheddar but equally the coast Weston, Bream, Burnham. And Bristol not too far. Loads of parking for each room. Owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, rooms were well acquainted and well decorated especially for the age of the building. My main fear was the noise of the road, but considering the heat of the bank holiday even with the windows closed the room wasn’t too warm (wasn’t cool but sleepable). Excellent cooked breakfast and a...

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Brilliant location and set-up."

"This Inn is easily the best place I've stayed and I am saying that after having travelled to several countries within Europe, central and South America and the Caribbean. It is a very friendly atmosphere. The staff makes you feel like you are at home and welcomed with open arms. I have no criticism towards the Woodborough. Only too much praise. Don't miss out on this gem"
