"Lovely, central hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Had a small kitchenette so was nice for an evening tea. Excellent shower and nice beds. On a fairly busy street but good blackout shutters worked for the noise and light. Added surprise bonus of being able to do our laundry at no extra charge! Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open…my daughter had hoped for one more swim this trip. "

"Lovely lady on reception . Clean hotel . A bit odd tho as was empty & no one seemed to be staying there . Enormous lobby area , nicely furnished, with what looked could have been a bar? Lacked any sort of amenities. The room was great tea & coffee & kettle , but no milk . Jerez seemed like a ghost town . We stayed early March & very little restaurants open "

"As of March 2026, a part of the property has some construction work and the during working hours have some noise and a little bit dusty. Also there was some communication problems between their staff. I’ve booked a room for 2 people by Expedia, but 3 times I have been mentioned that you need to pay for an extra guest. I felt that intimidated by the miss communication. Additionally, I’ve contacted the hotel some questions before arriving the hotel , but never reply to me. Otherwise the hotel has a private balcony and a room has spacious, and buffet breakfast was reasonable price. "

"Room was very well maintained by the staff and the staff at the check-in were very helpful. However, the aircon wasn’t working throughout the whole building and I was told this would likely be until end of May until it was fixed. Whilst this wasn’t the end of the world, it meant the room was prone to getting humid and stuffy. Consumables were basic, I was on the end of the hand soap bottle and only the bare essentials, no conditioner, were provided. Whilst the piano in the lobby was broken, the hotel was otherwise really well decorated, maintained and held a nice atmosphere inside. Parking is a struggle if you have a car!"

"Staff was brilliant and helpful - from room tidiness to travel arrangements. I had to catch a very early flight before breakfast time and they kindly provided some takeaway bentos and arranged taxi service. The breakfast and bar service was excellent as well. Would be staying with them again when I return to Jerez."

"The room was clean, good breafast in attractive typically central covered courtyard. Staff helpful, and location useful as 10 mins walk from both railway station and the historic core."
