Good value mid range hotel with good facilities inc parking. Comfortable outdoor dining area for breakfasts. Handy for stopovers.

Well trained and pleasant staff. Prepaid breakfast was an issue on our departure day, staff serving buffet insisted for breakfast to be paid. We did pay it but it ruin an overall great experience. Hotel is pretty remote to the city of Madrid but a local transport is great.

Amazing staff not the best location, but the best option I had when I visited Madrid

Not easy to find if you are arriving by car. Basic, functional accommodation and they are obviously skimping on the normal niceties of this type of accommodation, particularly with regards bath-room amenities. But overall was OK. In the very arid outskirts part of Madrid's spreading suburbs. Metro to the city took about and hour, but at least were able to avoid the city traffic. Free parking was very appreciated.

This is without a doubt, the absolutely best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are clean, large, spacious, opulent and so luxurious - they’re thought of everything when it comes to the design and servicing of the rooms (even had a GHD straightener and blow dryer in the rooms). The staff are first rate. Due to no fault of the hotel night work was carried out right next to our window and on the second night of our stay. A crane was employed all night with the construction lighting impacting the room even with curtains drawn. The noise of the crane and the loud conversations continued all night. This hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Madrid - within walking distance of major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Outstanding staff who go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Assisted with travel to the airport, tours and directions to various places of interest. Nice place to stay

Great hotel which provided free parking. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Madrid. I'd recommend having a car if you stay here. Wifi was a bit slow.
