"We had booked to stay here for two nights, the night before we were due to arrive they cancelled the second night on us due to an administrative error. We asked to check in early due to inconvenience which they agreed to, when we turned up the room was not ready, due to some 'crazy' previous guests. When we finally got into room the whole apartment stank of smoke, which was down to the previous guests acciding to Sandra the housekeeper. Also the appartment was very cold. On the plus side, the appartment is located very centrally and the owner, Manuel did drop us off a can of air freshener and a duvet for bed. I think you pay for what get with this apartment and I would suggest that you do a day trip to Teror rather than book here. "

"Room was clean and bed comfortable.Staff were very helpful and courteous. Allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout for couple of hours. 1 night stopover. Did not use other facilities due to time constraints."

"The rooms were very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful, even though some of them didnt speak great english. The pool area was kept nice and tidy. Food was nice too with a big variety. "
