Great location

Terrific location - room was fine - suited us perfectly

Handy location and walkable distance to old town, attraction and restaurants.

Nice room, staff very helpful, hassle free valet parking, multiple restaurants some of which stay open late so you can eat after the opera = overall a very nice hotel

We stayed over the Christmas period and had a balcony room. This was the most magical experience. Laying in bed listening to the carols, bells, people laughing. The view was amazing. The property is old as most building in Europe but all amenities were great. Couldn’t fault besides from limited access to taxis and no Ubers in the area. Roads also get closed during Christmas market periods. Plan ahead and don’t make the mistake like us as we almost missed our train due to not having car...

Beautiful clean room across the road from the Central Train Station and all the main tourist sites and shopping areas are within easy walking distance.

Really well located to the Square, restaurants and shopping

Large room, centrally located. Very nice stay.

The Bulow Palais is an elegant hotel that offers delightful rooms, wonderful service, and excellent meal choices. From the moment we arrived, we were supported, looked after, and generally made to feel extremely welcome. The hotel manager and staff pay exceptional attention to guests, so we felt pampered and looked after throughout our stay of four nights. Would highly recommend the Bulow Palais to everyone. A truly memorable experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at Townhouse Dresden. Everything about the accommodation and experience was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing, the room was nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Insgesamt war der Aufenhalt gut .Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehmen. Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es beim Waschbecken, da das Wasser schlecht abfließt. Außerdem wären keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer

Wonderful location, so close to the old town of Dresden and many of the tourist sights.

Unfortunately we chose to stay in the Kavalier Haus not in the Schloss. Rooms in the Kavalier Haus were a little bit dated and the Bathroom too tiny. View was fabulous from room. Would love to stay again but in the Schloss next time. The food was fantastic and so was the service at Dinner & Breakfast.

The hotel itself was good but requires an update. We stopped here for an overnight rest as we driving from Kakow Poland to Osann Monzel Germany and Dresden was the half way point. Unfortunately we had no rest as the air conditioning was useless and rattled all night and we did not sleep. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to request a kettle and cups, as these are not supplied in the room. Bathroom supplies also needed to be requested, if required. The area was safe and quiet. The Hop On Hop Off Bus had a stop at the front of the Hotel which was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful apartment, conveniently located right in the beautiful old town. Spacious, well furnished, with comfortable beds and an excellent kitchen with all the amenities needed. The only negative point was the shower that doesn’t have a good pressure and the water runs out of the shower area wetting half of the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and totally recommend it.
