"Perfect for our short trip. Very centrally located. Nice staff, nice breakfast, nice room & nice price. Great to be able to leave bags after check out & before leaving town as the hotel is small so appreciated not having to carry bags round all day. "

"For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "

"Staff are nice, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is very good. Towels are rough. Cleaning staff didn’t clean floor or replace dirty cups. No shower soap or shampoo provided."

"A wonderful hotel right at the foot of the viaduct. Good breakfast, private parking. We stayed one night to visit the Christmas market. Very convenient."

"Really good value hotel, especially for a solo traveller. Room was a decent size and was clean, staff were very helpful. Car park was a decent size but some of the parking was atrocious so I couldn’t always get a space. Only thing I would change is having a kettle - I did miss morning teas! "

"Very reasonable cost provided a comfortable stay with a feel of Germany of many decades ago, but with modern conveniences. Breakfast was wonderful and the evening meal we enjoyed there was even better."
