"schöne Zimmer. leider Teppich nicht gesaugt. Frühstück nicht gut. alter Käse, zugeteilte Brötchen u. dünner Kaffee. sehr nette Rezeptionsmitarbeiter/in. Parkplatz schwierig. Hotel sehr leise "

"Kitchen facility is inadequate for the size of hostel and number of people wanting to use it. It is accessed through getting a key and is a small galley kitchen- suitable for one family/person to cook at a time but when I used it, 3 other groups also wanted to do so. It is not possible to pop in and get something into the fridge or cook and then do you dishes later (freeing it up for someone else to use it while you eat) as you have to pay a deposit to get the key. Freindly enough staff."

"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the neighboring room... but when I was back around 5pm, the room had not been visited. Since there is no reception, I tried to go to the bar/breakfast room downstairs, but it was locked... Rossman saved me again, but that's not the way it should be!"

"Staff has normal service. Nice hotel, clean. Area around hotel is very far from actual turistic places, 45-80 mins away AT LEAST. They are not flexible with dates as to refund, cancelation or adition. "

"The staff were extremely kind, and honestly, they are the only reason I can give this hotel any stars. Unfortunately, the window in my room opened toward a shopping arcade that was very noisy, and there was no real fresh air — only smoke and the smell of cigarettes. I couldn’t keep the window closed because the room felt suffocating, but opening it wasn’t an option either. I even experienced shortness of breath inside the room and preferred to stay outside the hotel during the day just to get some fresh air. "

"It has no lobby but the resident was helpful they give you key code same day. Instructions for arriving in entrance. The beds were super uncomfortable and thin pillow. I stayed two weeks. Not great for long stay your back will be sore but maybe ok for 3 days. They do on free cleaning per week but it's in fine print they don't advertise or really clearly state this when you book didn't figure this out until second week. When I called due to people being locked out their room codes they could speak English and said it was normal not scammers in hallways. The rooms are paper thin we heard people doing you know what. They do supply some coffee water milk but small portions and they do have utensils. Some hot plate I could not figure out. No microwave so we lived off cold cuts. "

"Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours. Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite"

"This hotel is incredibly clean. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of variety. The closest I can come to saying anything bad is that the WiFi wasn’t robust. That didn’t really matter, because the cellular data was great. "
