"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"

"We took some time deciding where to stay and whilst the ROMEO was the more expensive option we really enjoyed our time there and the main feature was the pool / bar area on the 10th floor which had fab views of the port area and Mount Vesuvius."

"The place was great. We loved the room and location. Naples is a whole different animal and although it looks like a big city, it was safe and had great businesses in and around the hotel. The owners were there one night and cared about our experience there. Cool room and awesome balcony overlooking the neighborhood. "

"I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."
