"Nice place to stay close to San Sebastian"

"This place was excellent, great location, beautiful town, and great service, I called because I needed to check in late and they give me all the information over the phone so I could get there anytime I wanted. Also the small supermarket next to the hotel has the best fresh bread I tasted in a long time"

"No amenities or even how to get hot water to drink my tea at night, Juan, the attendant was very nice and help us get out luggage since it was on a 3rd floor which they call 2nd floor, No elevator, public transportation was a block away and they thad supermarkets and cafe,s around, I think for the price , it’s pretty good, they just need a common area for guests like every other hostel with a microwave and a pot to boil water , thanks Jusn fir your help, Annie"

"The apartment matched the pictures and was clean , I appreciated the indoor parking. Unfortunately we had an issue with ants from the moment we arrived, we ended up killing about 10 of them right away. I took photos and a video and emailed the host the next morning, but unfortunately, we never received a response during the 6 days stay. We managed the situation ourselves. We attempted to reach the host via hotel.com messaging service and no replies to two messages. For future stays I would prefer a host who is responsive and reachable, rather than relying solely on email or whats App communication. "

"We had a car, so being able ro park was important for us. Hotel has good parking space and it is free. The building is modern, clean. Check-in was good. Good staff."

"Breakfast was very nice every morning. The room was spacious and had almost a homey feel. We stayed 3 nights and would have stayed longer, but the hotel was booked for the coming days. Too early for the pool. All was quiet except for late arrivals in the wee hours one night.Staff very helpful even though there was a language barrier."

"This is a lovely place in a delightful setting. Marta, the host, is excellent and efficient and very pleasant. It's a very nice place. The only small downside is the front door to house, which bangs quite loudly and can be quite disturbing- so the pressure setting on the door closer needs adjusting. The beds were made and room made up every day - which was nice to come back to."
