"Beach was horrible. Not easy to access. Water dark and very wavy. Staff were nice. Rooms clean but run down. Food was awful and always cold. Desserts always the same and tasteless. Tourists were very rude. Many safety concerns noticed. Tripped on some thing in the ground that wasn’t marked. Lighting poor. Many stairs for ppl who are disabled or with babies. Shower leaked. Door lock jammed. No accommodations for late check out. Spa was great but you have to pay extra. Water could have been warmer. Many screaming kids in the adult eating area. Pool and dining room no where to sit. The waiters take your food before you’re done. I would never stay here again. "
