The reception ladies can be more helpful / informative about booking taxi and rides around the area as it’s not very accessible be very appreciated as it can get very stressful missing flights and stuff.
The hotel is right next to the ferry dock and is so simple to get to. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They're especially understanding if German isn't your first language. I stayed in the accommodation building which was an easy 4-5 min walk from the main building and even being in a ground floor room I had the best lake and mountain views. This was a lovely small hotel in the old city. I originally had trouble locating the hotel as I put the wrong street into my GPS and there were road works chainging the flow of traffic. One entrance opens onto pedestrian street in old town and other entrance has one place to park the car and unload baggage. Instructions for public parking under the mountain were precise and a map was given. I booked a suite and it was huge. Very large lounge, large bedroom, study, hallway and large bathroom....
I stayed as a solo in the Business single room - comfortable double bed, Nespresso machine, heated towel rail and complimentary mini bar. The staff are incredible and make you feel so welcome and comfortable in this beautifully restored heritage building. The location is unbeatable - walkable to everywhere in the old town - thank you for such a memorable stay
Super location. Appreciated the AC on the warm day. Double glazing muffles the church bells effectively. Good wifi. One USB-A and USB-C socket provided. Daily housekeeping excellent. Reasonably solid temp control in shower. Umberellas for free rental in reception.

Lovely big room with comfortable bed and sofa, and very clean. Lovely bathroom - only negative was tap design / hand basin design meant water splashed everywhere even on very low pressure. The owners were delightful and extremely helpful. Would recommend.
