"The hotel is as advertised, as in, it is primarily intended for folks enjoying the festivities downstairs. It was clean, the staff were ridiculously friendly and helpful and the location was close to everything I wanted to do or get to while I was in town. If you’re attending a show at the White Eagle Saloon and you don’t mind a steepish stair climb to your room, I’d recommend checking out these lodgings."

"Centrally located mere blocks from the art museum, dozens of coffee shops, and parks. The staff is very obliging and friendly. It’s an older Motel, but my room was huge and had lots of windows. Parking was a challenge at the beginning because of the one-way streets, but I quickly figured it out. I would come again. It’s also air conditioned, which was great because Portland was having a heat wave."
