"A 25 floor property with only one functioning elevator is not pleasant. The room was very nice. Guest services was quick to rectify the issue with my non-functioning fob. The toilet was malfunctioning. The shower was pretty amazing. All things considered, I would stay here again primarily because of the incredible location to my work."

"I went to see a concert at American Airlines center. The location was perfect as we could walk right across the street. The street is small and had an intimate feel, not like normal downtown feel. And the parking was right across the street for $30 or you could valet for more. We also enjoyed the 16th floor pool. We did not have a great view from our room since there was just construction but it wasn't that big a deal. Also, be sure you eat before 11pm because everything seems to close down...
