"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues. The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."

"My room was double booked, I came back from my night to find another family in my room. I had to take my stuff and was moved to another room. The front desk promised me a refund, and sent an email to confirm but nothing is processed yet and they have not replied to my follow up email yet."

"Location is great. Close (but not too close) to I-40, very close to NCSU campus. Hotel is well-maintained and staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. "

"Great stay. Clean room. Perfect temperature for the pool. Staff very friendly."

"This was a fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. My room was by the elevator, but it was very quiet / no issues with noise. I did get a chance to use the small gym; it was clean and stocked with the basics. The location is perfect if you want to access North Hills, Downtown, and Durham within 20m. I will be traveling to Raleigh for business a few more times this year, and as far as I'm concerned, this will be my "home base" every time."
